The current research aims to (build a proposed guidance program ‎using the cognitive restructuring method to reduce value conflict ‎among university students). The literature and previous studies ‎dealing with value conflict were reviewed. To achieve the ‎research objective, the researchers prepared a value conflict scale ‎consisting of (29) paragraphs. After verifying the psychometric ‎properties of the scale, the researchers built a guidance program ‎based on the cognitive restructuring method of (Meckenbaum). It ‎was applied to the guidance group in (12) sessions, at a rate of ‎two sessions per week, with a session duration of (60) minutes. ‎The data were processed using the (SPSS) program and a number ‎of statistical methods. Based on the results, the study came out ‎with a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals‎
