Main description (English)
The current study aimed to find out the level of creativity among special education supervisors from the perspective of special education teachers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The study used a descriptive survey method by applying a questionnaire to collect data. The sample consisted of 250 special education teachers in Jeddah. The results of the study showed that the level of availability of the creative abilities of the special education supervisors in the dimensions (originality, flexibility, fluency, sensitivity to problems, awareness of details) was generally moderate. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (a = 0.05) due to the effect of experience and the effect of job rank in all dimensions. The researcher recommended to provide more training and professional development opportunities specifically designed to enhance the creative thinking skills of supervisors in special education schools
