This work presents the results of the study of the distribution of occupational accidents, the number of lost working days and the injury rate according to NSSI data for the period from 2015 to 2024. The study and analysis of the results focused on the industry “Manufacture of textiles and textile products and production of clothing” were carried out with the aim of establishing the working conditions and the type of the introduced physiological regime of work and rest during work, which could be a prerequisite for the occurrence of an occupational accident and occupational disease. The analyses performed create conditions to realistically assess the effectiveness of the conditions for safety and health at work, as well as the effectiveness of the introduced physiological regime of work and rest and to take adequate measures to form an effective company policy on safety and health in textile and sewing companies in our country.
