Silently) strategy on literary appreciation among fifth-grade ‎literary students. To attain this aim, the researchers formulated the ‎following null hypothesis: (There is no statistically significant ‎difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the ‎experimental group students who study literature and texts with ‎the (Think Silently) strategy and the average scores of the control ‎group students who study the same subject in the usual way in ‎literary appreciation. The researchers chose section A with 36 ‎students of the fifth literary to be the control group from (Madinat ‎Al-Ilm Preparatory School) and Section (A) of (Al-Balagh ‎Preparatory School) as the experimental group with the number ‎of its members (35) students. The researchers rewarded the ‎students of the two research groups with the variables of ‎chronological age calculated in months, the academic ‎achievement of fathers and mothers, The researchers prepared a ‎test to measure literary taste among the students of the two ‎research groups. ‎ The test consisted of (25) multiple-choice items. The test was ‎applied to the two research groups. After analyzing the results of ‎the students' answers and processing them statistically, it was ‎proven that the experimental group that studied literature and ‎texts using the (Think Silently) strategy outperformed the control ‎group that studied the same subject using the usual method.
