Nel contesto di una ristrutturazione mirata a migliorare l'esperienza gastronomica in un ristorante di Abano Terme, è stato effettuato uno studio approfondito sull'acustica interna.Questo articolo analizza il processo di ottimizzazione del tempo di riverberazione, un parametro chiave nella qualità dell'ambiente sonoro. Utilizzando una metodologia scientifica che include misurazioni preliminari, progettazione e implementazione di interventi acustici, e misurazioni post-intervento, sono stati identificati e risolti i problemi di riverberazione eccessiva. L'analisi ante operam ha rivelato un tempo di riverberazione superiore ai valori ottimali, causando una percezione acustica sfavorevole. Gli interventi implementati, come l'installazione di materiali fonoassorbenti e la riorganizzazione degli spazi, hanno significativamente ridotto il tempo di riverberazione, migliorando il comfort e la comunicazione all'interno del ristorante. I risultati post-intervento hanno confermato un ambiente acustico notevolmente più gradevole, con benefici tangibili sull'esperienza gastronomica dei clienti.Questo studio sottolinea l'importanza dell'acustica nella progettazione e ristrutturazione di spazi pubblici, evidenziando il suo impatto sulla qualità complessiva del servizio.
