Vorwort
Questo saggio intende analizzare se, quanto e secondo quali modalità vi sia da parte degli ingegneri e degli architetti delle province di Udine e di Pordenone un'attitudine all'aggiornamento professionale e alla formazione digitale, in virtù delle mutazioni strutturali che tali professioni hanno subìto con il diffondersi delle più moderne tecnologie digitali. Particolare rilievo è stato dato al ruolo della formazione, quale strumento per favorire e assicurare un proficuo incontro tra le condizioni soggettive dei professionisti e la situazione oggettiva del contesto territoriale di riferimento, rispetto al quale sono stati approfonditi i seguenti aspetti: le nuove tecnologie fra potenzialità e rischi, i fattori che incidono sull'adozione delle nuove tecnologie e la centralità delle competenze, le politiche per migliorare il contesto territoriale, il futuro della professione fra rete e specializzazione, il ruolo della formazione nell'adozione delle nuove tecnologie con riferimento particolare al lifelong learning.
