This study was conducted to identify the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises in the garment industry and introduce good practices to overcome existing threats.The study covers enterprises located in a region where this industry is structurally important and of broad social importance. The purpose of this study is to analyze existing problems in sewing companies, such as working conditions; training and qualification opportunities, safety and ergonomics in the workplace, and labor productivity efficiency. This will help both to adapt company policies towards workers to rapidly changing technological capabilities and modernization, and to create a comprehensive approach to restructuring the industry in the region, including strengthening internal and external contacts, and increased measures for the quality of manufactured products.
