Introduction or preface
Questo testo propone un contributo alla discussione sulla didattica universitaria a distanza in epoca di Covid-19. Illustra l'esperienza maturata nel 2020 insegnando Restauro presso il Politecnico di Milano, sia nel percorso internazionale che in quello italiano. Gli studenti hanno svolto l'esercitazione sulla Rocca medievale di Arquata del Tronto, un caso-studio emblematico della fragilità che caratterizza il territorio dell'Italia interna, e anche della sua resilienza. L'edificio è infatti sopravvissuto al sisma che ha devastato l'Appennino nel 2016 e oggi vigila sulle fatiche della ricostruzione, dopo aver presidiato l'alta valle del Tronto per otto secoli. Il testo mette in evidenza alcuni rischi e opportunità di questa esperienza.
