Main description (English)
The research aims to know (The effect of a guidance program using the organization method on developing the motivational perseverance among the high school female students). The current research is limited to female students in the preparatory stage of government schools - for morning studies in the Muqdadiyah Education Department, affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Diyala Governorate - for the academic year (2023-2024 AD) for (5581) female students. The sample for the statistical analysis of the motivational perseverance scale reached (400) female students who were randomly selected. The sample of the guidance program consisted of (20) female students who were intentionally selected. The researchers constructed a scale of motivational perseverance based on Constantin’s theory, consisting of (30) paragraphs. The psychometric properties of the scale were verified, and a guidance program was designed based on the organizational approach to develop motivational perseverance based on Rotter's theory. The program consisted of (12) sessions, two sessions per week for (45) minutes. The researchers used a set of appropriate statistical methods to process the data
